East West Resorts recently released information about their newest project in Empire Pass (Deer Valley, Utah). Located next to Empire Residences in the Village at Empire Pass, Argent will feature an amenity rich building, with grand views spanning from Mt. Baldy over the glistening Uinta Mountain Range with the night-lights of Historic Main Street twinkling below and direct ski access to the Silver Strike chairlift:

  • Book dining reservations

  • Coordinate Ski School

  • Schedule Spa Treatments

  • Coordinate housekeeping services

  • Receive and send packages

  • Coordinate activities with the Talisker Club (if the owner decides to join)

  • Ski Valet Staff - to manage all owners skis, boots and poles (storage for all equipment & brought to owner on demand) and assist family members with getting ski boots on, to coordinate all rental equipment needs, plus waxing & tuning equipment

  • Food & Beverage experience - daily continental breakfast, afternoon après ski appetizers & cocktails, and all day coffee & hot chocolate service

  • Open Concept Ski Lounge - bar, large gathering table, ski lockers and media room (all in same space)

  • Kid’s Room - for arts and crafts, video games, board games (a place for kid’s to spend time while family skis or is in the Ski Lounge)

  • Bowlski’s Gaming Studio - two bowling alleys, video games, multiple TV’s with surround sound, lounge seating and an indoor putting green (modeled after Montage Deer Valley’s Daly’s Pub)

  • Gym - Peloton themed gym with BIG windows for natural light and views

  • Skybox - rooftop heated outdoor space with a ‘glass box’ room to be a shared library with a telescope for stargazing

  • Outdoor Ski Beach - heated deck with extra-large hot tub, fire pit, and ski beach for après ski

Final pricing is expected to be released by the end of 2019, approximate estimates:
 
  • 2 Bedrooms - $2.2M to $2.6M

  • 3 Bedrooms - $2.8M to $4.0M

  • 4 Bedrooms - $3.5M to $5.2M

  • Penthouses (4 Bed) - $6.4M to $6.8M

Estimated Sales Timeline

 
  • Reservations for specific Residences - Early 2020 (Refundable $100,000 deposit)

  • Reservation to Contract - March 2020 (20% Earnest Money required)

  • Construction to begin - Spring 2020

  • Expected Delivery - Late 2021

Sommet Blanc

 
The highly anticipated B2 East Parcel, to be the new Sommet Blanc, located adjacent to Montage Deer Valley and next to Empire Lodge at Deer Valley Resort® is finally in development, as the parcel acquisition was recently finalized Fall 2019. Aspen Group (same developer as Empire Residences) will be releasing information soon; groundbreaking could be as early as Summer 2020.
 
Reservation process begins December 26, 2019.
 
 
  • 162,000 sq. ft. (in terms of size, Empire Residences is 49,000 sq. ft., so this will be approximately 3x the size)

  • Three condo buildings, each around six stories tall - 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom residences

  • Four penthouses - 4 or 5 bedrooms around 4,200 sq. ft.

  • Six townhomes (located at the top of Twisted Branch ski run) with 5 bedrooms and 5,000 sq. ft. each

  • Exclusively managed by Deer Valley Lodging with a live-in Manager (maybe 2) and onsite concierge in the arrival lobby to create a welcoming, personalized experience

  • Pool & amenities including après lounge, ski lockers, and onsite restaurant (could potentially be managed by one of the local private golf communities (think Victory Ranch, Promontory, Glenwild... this is very TBD)

  • This property is not currently a Talisker property, meaning at this point owners are not required to have to have a Talisker Membership like some of the other residences in Empire Pass, but could potentially be an option to have a membership

  • Direct ski-in/ski-out to Deer Valley Resort

  • Views, views, views! Residences will face west (looking towards Empire Chairlift... think mountainside towards Daly Chutes, cozy and unobstructed ski runs, and pristine forests) and some will face southwest with views towards Ruby Chairlift (both views are different than what most of Empire Village units offer)

  • May be the most high end condos with modern finishes

  • Still in design process and have city planning/sign-offs to get through... 30-45 days for exterior renderings, unit specific floor plans, and amenities

  • Pricing is forthcoming... anticipated to be similar to high end condo pricing in the area (connect with me for more details)

Reservations will be accepted starting December 26th, 2019 with a $10,000 non-binding deposit of interest for a place in line to then determine a unit specific reservation when information is available (release date TBD, around mid-January 2020, MLK weekend).
