Riverhorse on Main is one of Liza's favorite restaurants, featuring an elegant setting (usually with live music), serving eclectic American fare and fine wines. For a fun local coffee shop experience, check out Pink Elephant Coffee, for small batch artisan coffee roasted in Utah, with the spirit of the west. And, they share a space with Land Juicery, for the best raw, organic, cold pressed favorites. Harvest and 5seeds are my picks for the best spot to grab lunch with a friend (and they both have great coffee too!).
 
Be sure to check out the newly expanded Good Earth Market (formerly Fairweather Natural Foods), for shopping for organic fare in Park City, along Iron Horse Drive. It still features an upscale organic juice bar with a collection of vegan, organic baked goods, including gluten-free options, soups, salads, and sandwiches, and an impressive range of vitamins, supplements, herbs, and homeopathic remedies. 

 

THINGS TO DO

Park City offers unique scenic drives, from exciting mountain passes to scenic byways that take you through some of the most breathtaking places. The Mirror Lake Scenic Byway, Guardsman Pass, Wolf Creek Highway Pass, Provo Canyon, and Alpine Loop are some top destinations that offer magnificent views for inimitable enjoyment and relaxation. You can also join Park City residents and enjoy monthly gallery strolls, held every last Friday of the month.
