Wohali's latest updates: Phase 2, the custom build homesites at Wohali, and the Village Homes were just released in mid-June. The long awaited opening of the Wohali Golf Course is planned for the Spring of 2024. Golf memberships are available for $150,000 with 80% being returned to the selling member at time of exit. Current townhome offering is priced from $2.2M to $2.6M and 2900-7200 square feet.
